Paint is deteriorated faster in Arizona than other states because of the high heat and the low humidity. Another reason I see frequently is very low quality work — where the last painter failed to power wash properly, didn't use enough paint, and probably diluted the paint that was applied.
Most houses take 2–3 days. We can paint smaller homes in 1 day if we are trying to meet a time frame. Larger homes in Carefree or Cave Creek can take up to a week to complete.
